What can I expect at the Drink & Paint Events?

Guided by selected artists, you'll create your own masterpiece in a 2-hour session. Let your creativity run wild with fitting music and drinks, and completely escape from everyday life. Come with your friends, your partner, or meet new people from your city. You don't need any artistic skills; everyone is welcome!

What's included in the ticket price?

Your ticket includes a 2-hour guided Drink & Paint session. You don't need to worry about anything. We've got the right materials covered. And the best part: you can take your self-created artwork home with you.

Are drinks included in the ticket price?

No, food and drinks are not included in the price unless explicitly stated in the event description. You can easily buy drinks at the bar of each location.

I didn't receive a ticket. How do I get in?

We don't issue regular tickets; instead, you're automatically on our guest list. So you don't need to bring anything. Just tell us your name at the entrance, and you're good to go!

I provided the wrong address when ordering; will the tickets/vouchers be sent there?

That's not a problem. Our communication is exclusively via the provided email contact. You won't receive tickets and vouchers in paper form; instead, you're automatically on our guest list after ordering. Just tell us your name at the entrance, and your evening can begin!

There's one less ticket available than I need. Can you make an exception and add one more spot?

Unfortunately, space at the locations is limited. Therefore, we can only offer the number of tickets available on the website. However, it's worth checking the website from time to time, as tickets sometimes become available. We also post available spots in our Instagram story. Follow us here on Instagram.

 
I can only add one ticket to the cart. Can tickets only be purchased individually?

You can add as many tickets to the cart as are available. If you can only add one ticket, it means only one spot is left. If the number of tickets you need is available, you can purchase all the tickets together.

Is there a waiting list?

Unfortunately, we don't have a waiting list. However, it's worth checking the website from time to time, as tickets sometimes become available. We also post available spots in our Instagram story on Instagram.

For which events can the vouchers be redeemed?

Our vouchers can be redeemed for any events on our website. Please note that they cannot be used to purchase drinks and food. These are paid for separately at each location.

How can I redeem my voucher?

Once you've added the tickets to your cart, you can proceed to checkout. A field will appear above the total where you can enter the voucher code. Now nothing stands in the way of your event!

Will I receive the voucher by mail?

The voucher will not be sent by mail. When you purchase a voucher, you will receive two separate emails. A confirmation email with the voucher code and another email with the voucher template for printing.

Can I cancel my ticket?

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the event, we can cancel your ticket and you will receive a voucher code.

Is it possible to get a refund?

Unfortunately, a cancellation with a refund is not possible (see our Terms and Conditions). If you cancel at least 48 hours before the event, we make an exception and send a voucher code. After that, it's no longer possible. However, our tickets are transferable, so you can resell or gift them.

When are new dates uploaded?

Events are planned throughout the year. Dates are uploaded approximately 6-8 weeks in advance. Feel free to follow us on Instagram. You'll see directly in our story when new events are uploaded.

Is there a waitlist?

Unfortunately, we do not maintain a waitlist. However, it is worth checking the website from time to time, as tickets occasionally become available. We also post available spots in our story on Instagram.

 
Can I reserve spots for events that haven't been uploaded yet?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. As soon as an event is confirmed, we upload it to our website.

 

We'd love to celebrate a bachelorette party with you. Is that possible?

You are welcome to celebrate your bachelorette party with us. You can either book a private event (for a minimum of 20 people) or reserve regular spots at our public events. These are planned and uploaded only 2 months in advance. If you want information about a private event, feel free to send us an email at events@drinkandpaint.de

We'd love to host our corporate event with you. Is that possible?

You are welcome to host your corporate event with us. Please note that we can only offer private events for a minimum of 15 participants. For groups of fewer than 15, the flat rate for 15 people will apply.
