For which events can the vouchers be redeemed?
Our gift cards can be redeemed for any event on our website. Please note that they cannot be used to purchase food or drinks. These must be paid for separately at the event location.
How long is the voucher valid for?
Our vouchers are valid for 3 years.
How and when will I receive my voucher?
Print-at-home gift card:
When you purchase a gift card, you'll receive two separate emails: a confirmation email with your gift card code, and a second email with the printable gift card template.
Gift card by mail:
Your physical gift card will be delivered to the provided address within 3–5 business days. You’ll also receive the gift card code by email, which you can write on the card before gifting it.
